Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully spacious with plenty of storage, and the living/kitchen area was perfect for our girly weekend away. The service was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The location was superb, very close to the railway station and the town center. The dining options were a bit limited, but the overall value for money was great.
The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Royal Mile, offering spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The only downside was the discontinued service provider for some facilities.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms had everything you need, including a washer dryer and a balcony, all spotless and with very comfy beds. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was brilliant, being very convenient for transport links and close to lots of attractions. The dining options were a bit limited, but the overall value for money was great. A wonderful experience overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing with everything you need, including a washer dryer and a balcony, all spotless and beds very comfy. The service was top-notch, resolving our requests promptly and being extremely friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to everything we had planned in Edinburgh. The dining experience was a bit average with limited breakfast options. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.
I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment this year and would definitely recommend these apartments. The friendly staff made our stay very cozy. The rooms were spacious and featured a full kitchen and washing machine, allowing us to relax comfortably and freshen clothes while we went out to explore the city.
Despite some minor drawbacks, my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, although some areas were not as well-maintained as expected for a 4-star establishment. The service was exceptional, especially with Alain who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was superb, centrally situated for both shopping and exploring the city. The dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options, but the rooftop terrace compensated for it. Overall, a good value for money experience.
The hotel is situated in an amazing location in Edinburgh, just a few minutes walk from Waverley station and right across the bridge from Old Town. The spacious rooms were perfect for our short stay, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with some minor areas needing attention. The dining experience offered a mix of options, but the value for money could be improved. Overall, a great choice with friendly staff and a fantastic central location.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offer a beautiful view of the Balmoral Clock and the old town, and having fresh milk in the fridge was such a nice touch. The service was fantastic, with helpful recommendations and even a complimentary box of shortbread. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was satisfactory with simple, yet tasty dishes. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement in dining options.
Staying in the inferior apartment turned out to be surprisingly convenient for me with a baby, as it was set up with a double quilt. The staff were like angels, so welcoming and polite, going out of their way to assist with laundry and other needs. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the railway station. However, the only downside was the lack of additional dining options beyond tea, coffee, sugar, and milk provided onsite.
The hotel had a great location, perfect for touring the city and close to amenities. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but a bit warm with noise from Waverley Station. The service was fabulous, with lovely and accommodating staff. The dining experience was lacking variety and value for money. The location was excellent with friendly and efficient staff, close to attractions. Overall, a good choice for a stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless with a lovely view of Carlton Hill and Arthur's Seat, and the friendly staff made it a great place to stay. It would be so easy to stay longer, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. However, the hotel's standard is 3 stars.
